Room # 717 ~ 1 x Night ~ Booked via Agoda 2nd Stay but certainly not the last stay here. The rooms are luxuriously presented, large marbled bathroom, Floor to Ceiling Curtains, Coffee Pod machine, a 'Free' Minibar ( you have pre-paid for that! ). Pillows are so soft and supportive, and the bed so very comfortable. Rooms are quiet, you would not know anyone else was on your floor. Check In was easy, we were served by Khun Kiew who was friendly, warm and had many large Smiles :) AWESOME They take a 2,000 Baht deposit given back after Check Out. Parking is easy and undercover. Breakfast was of a high quality, limited Thai foods but very adequate and service was amazing. W-Fi Internet in the Room was FAST and RELIABLE = BONUS :) !!! It is free for guests to walk around the Marina area and view closer the large Super Yachts. All in all a 9.5 out of 10 2nd stay..... The only negative was the Room windows OUTISDE were still very very DIRTY!!!

Ocean marina resort is a brand new beautiful hotel just next to Pattaya Marina it has beautiful rooms and excellent F&B facilities .i personally recommend the sea view balcony rooms to enjoy sunrise and sunset . Also the Pool and the view of the Marina is exceptional. We stayed here with a film crew for 3 nights and everyone was more than happy. Khun Sammy from the Management team helped with all different points we needed to solve but also the lovely reception team , concierge, service and room mates were always there to help . Thanks for supporting in such a great and professional way I personally hope to be back soon.

Bonito hotel, pero lo pasé fatal con el check in. La señora llamada Emm sigue cambiando las reglas por cargos adicionales. Nunca tuve una experiencia así en más de 40 años de visitar Tailandia. Soy un viajero muy frecuente con varios millones de millas recorridas en avión y me he alojado en miles de hoteles en todo el mundo y esta fue simplemente la peor experiencia. Emm arruinó por lo demás una buena experiencia. No, no recomiendo este hotel. Deberían volver a capacitar a su personal de check-in.

The good and the bad: it’s well located near the marina but not central to Pattaya or many restaurants other than hotel restaurants. The air con is good and the green Thai curry at the hotel restaurant and satay sticks appetiser are both very good. Breakfast is also very good with omelettes available and fruit plus lots of other things. In ours it was included. Annoying: if you don’t ask every day your room is unlikely to be cleaned before late afternoon and they charge 50 baht if you want ice. Hotel staff English is not very good and they’re hard to understand so maybe use Google translate. They leave one coffee pod, with teabags and 2 creamer powder sachets. Makes you wonder if they’re struggling.
