“Family stay”

It's a good place to stay;) we did stay with parents. You can't swim in the ocean but they have two pools. Not far from city center which you can go by took took. Include only breakfast. Rooms are cleans, helpful personal. Be careful with people outside the hotel

“Worth to stay. Good view.”

Small hotel at Naklua beach north of pattaya. One thing I like about this hotel is its design. Both two buildings of the hotel has one side swimming pool view that connected to the beach. With this price include breakfast I would say it is worth for money. P.s. Car park space is very limited.

We stayed two nights at this resort and have a few tips for ya.. PROs The pool is GREAT. A good size, relaxing and clean. There's a kids pool too. The buffet breakfast is also fantastic. There are banks and convenience stores just across the road. While the advertised "free wifi" is only available at reception, it is very good. CONs I don't mean this resort "stinks" as in "is bad"... I mean much of this resort actually smells odd. I think the room we were in was a former smoking room, and there was a persistent ~odour~ This resort would have been very nice when it opened, but is in desperate need of a revamp. Set your expectations accordingly as the photos on the website are not a fair representation of what the hotel looks like now. Also, the hotel's beach is filthy and you can't swim there. ** Be warned ** Google has NO IDEA where this resort is. Not the hotel's fault, but google's address is over an hour's walk from where the resort actually is (I've included a screen shot!) The staff speak very mediocre English. We asked for instructions on how to get to Pattaya town (as the resort is miles away) and the lady at reception offered me a blank look. Fortunately, we found out about the "Baht Bus" online! Small blue trucks with two rows of bench seats drive up and down the road outside the hotel constantly. Flag one down, hop on, ride direct to Pattaya (about 20 mins) and hand the driver 10bht per person when you hop off. Personally, I wouldn't stay here again.. But if you don't mind that it's quite dated, has no beach and is a bus ride away from town, then this may be the place for you.

If you are looking for flash upmarket this is not for you. The Pool and Restaurant are very good and open till late the beach bar is quite good. Facilities could be upgraded although rooms very spacious and comfortable all rooms look out onto pool and have balcony. Plenty of shops and roadside food stall within metres of hotel offering good variety of food and that said restaurant does cater for all tastes.
