“I got upgraded from Studio to a ginormous 2BR Suite for no extra charge!”
I was informed by the sweet front desk lady that my room wasn't available yet, so she upgraded me to a humongous 2BR suite. Damn! “An Excellent Hotel”
This is a very nice hotel with very nice rooms, restaurants and bar. The cleanliness, hospitality and kindness is at the top level at this hotel. We were especially pleased with the food in restaurant 100East.

“well located for CBD, clean, and affordable”
Very well located for the CBD. Oaks guests can use most of the facilities of the next door Anantara (same owners), gym, pool, restaurants, bars.
