“Great spa break”
We have just returned from a Spa night at the Double Tree in Harrogate which was excellent. The reception staff were very welcoming and upgraded our room free of charge as it was our anniversary. “Great experience in the bar ”
Omar was a great barman, the bar was very busy and he was very efficient in getting around to everybody in a timely manner. It was a big order with all drinks served correctly, would definitely come back again!

“Afternoon tea”
Stayed for a conference locally. Lovely hotel, clean and spacious rooms and fabulous bar. Great afternoon tea - Ellie was fantastic and very attentive. Also good to have gluten free options. Would recommend.

“Gluten free cream tea”
Amazing gluten free cream tree. Ellie was very reassuring that everything was gluten free and packaged up what I couldn’t eat for later. Would definitely return - first cream tea as gluten free in years! Hotel bar is comfortable and relaxing and very peaceful on the afternoon that we came.

“Spa day”
Lovely mini spa break. Good for a half or day visit if having treatments. Staff members were all very friendly and helpful. Had a relaxing massage with Mahmoud and also enjoyed my bento box lunch. Feeling refreshed!
