This is my 4th visit to this hotel this year. The hotel is very easily accessed by Gloucester Rd tube stn only 100m or less from the main hotel entrance. Always a pleasant and welcoming reception. Staff are happy to help and ensure a pleasant stay. Some of the rooms are showing signs of use and perhaps now require updating, however, always clean and comfortable. Best feature in my my experience is a great staff who continue to smile and resolve any minor irritations as will often arise with large scale events. Event management are always on hand to create a professional environment and are able to adapt to changing requirements as required. I am happy to recommend this venue for business meetings and events.

Visited with my daughter for a belated Mothers Day treat. The room was pleasant and the staff attentive. The glass of champagne and alcohol free cocktail were lovely but unfortunately the tea was very weak (despite a timer being brought to our table to ensure it was just right, which was novel but not very useful). The sandwiches, cakes and scones were very nice. There was no offer of extra sandwiches if wanted. We weren't able to eat all the cakes and scones so requested to take them home. The waitress was somewhat taken aback, as though this had never been requested before, and said that there was nothing to take them away in but she would give them to us in napkins and foil. Which she did. Disappointing as previously we've been presented with uneaten goodies in lovely cake boxes, the Podium Restaurant at the London Hilton on Park Lane immediately springs to mind. The Millennium Hotel misses a trick here as not only is it a nice service to offer but pop the hotel name on the box and it's advertising too. All in all a pleasant experience but probably wouldn't rush back.
