“Amazing stay!”
A lovely apartment which had everything you will need and was so clean. Customer service at front desk was welcoming and friendly overall. A well happy customer that will definitely book again at the Tower. 🙂

In the past 6 years, I have been staying in Canary Wharf when going back home to London. This was my first stay at SACO Trinity Tower and from the moment I entered the building I was met with extreme kindness and professionalism from all of the staff. Lillian, Felix, Sam, and the other staff are the best of the best. I am honoured to say that I now have gained the friendship of the wonderful staff at SACO. I really felt as though it was my home. The flat was a spotless 1 bedroom apartment with full kitchen, washer/dryer, large screen smart telly in the living room and a good size telly in the comfortable bedroom, as well as an excellent bathroom with tub and shower. Any request I made was granted with neatness and dispatch. A fantastic value for the rental price. All within a 5 minute walk to Canada Square and all of the underground shopping mall area and the Canary Wharf DLR train station. To quote Schwarzenegger: "I will Be Back." what a wonderful expericence at SACO Canary Wharf, I wassearly for my check-in, my mistake, I didnt read the email I was sent properly. I was greeted by Lilien who was so helpful, she offered to mind our luggage, offered us places we could visit whilst we waited, asked for a contact number so as to contact us should our room be ready earlier. Just wonderful, her collegue Felix whom we met later, again what a wonderful person. I can see that SACO train their staff well, their customer service is of the highest standard. the room the room was excellent, clean tidy and spacious for it actually being a 1 bedroom appartment. I had a wonderful stay and I hope every SACO appartment has the same level of customer service as this one

“Vacation”
The area can be a little noisy at night with residents partying, scooters at all hours for deliveries. Beautiful area though and very kind customer service. Not too far from the DLR line and a little walk to get to Jubilee plaza

Lovely clean and spacious apartment, very well situated close to canary wharf and a even closer DLR station, for a very reasonable price. Kitchen had everything you needed with tea and coffee provided. Really enjoyed our stay with the exception of the shower. The water was lukewarm oat best abd on the second day switched from lukewarm to cold every couple of minutes. A pity as it let the accommodation down
