I would like to say thank you to Ben from the front desk. Exceptional customer service and showed amazing appreciation for my IHG rewards membership. Amazing hotel and front desk team. Team doing very well during the pandemic

“Still one of the best”
We stay here regularly, but this is the first time we stayed two nights. It is not the same when the hotel is sadly so quiet and without the Concierge Service. We stay here regularly, but this is the first time we stayed two nights. It is not the same when the hotel is sadly so quiet and without the Concierge Service. However, the staff here are excellent and nothing is too much trouble. We are Spire Members and they really look after us. I hope that when we return next the hotel is busier but this hotel is trying to make the best of a bad situation with COVID rules at the moment.

“Amazing hotel! Can’t wait to go back”

Myself & my partner just returned from a 4 night stay and we had such a great experience! The location is ideal and most things are within around a miles walk. The tube is right outside. Staff on reception and in the bar were so professional, the room was lovely and they decorated it all for my birthday prior to our arrival. We will absolutely be returning to this hotel for our next stay in London

“Paul Smith interior, great for the theatre and excellent customer service”
We stayed here for a trip to the theatre and whilst this hotel might not be an obvious choice for theatre-land, it was only a lovely stroll away, taking in Fleet Street, the High Courts, etc. along the way. We stayed here for a trip to the theatre and whilst this hotel might not be an obvious choice for theatre-land, it was only a lovely stroll away, taking in Fleet Street, the High Courts, etc. along the way. Being that little bit further out, we benefited from free street parking too. The hotel itself was lovely and the customer service we received at every touch point was excellent. We had the luxury of an executive room which gave us access to the executive lounge, where we had plenty of nibbles and a couple of glasses of wine. The lounge was fairly small but we had our own privacy and again, we couldn't fault the service we received from the attending staff, thank you. Our room had a Paul Smith theme which not only was a little wacky, but a huge treat for me being a cycling fan. TempleSpa toiletries were also something different to the norm. Everything was top notch about our stay. Thank you for a truly luxurious experience, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again when the theatres reopen.
