The pullman Marrakesh is by far the best hotel that I have ever stayed at-incredibly family friendly and one I am drawn to time after time. This is the fourth time we have visited this hotel in the last five years because it is of a high standard ( two pools, a gym, spa, kids club, tennis lessons available , recreation classes, bus service into Marrakesh to name but a few services) excellent food, genuine and friendly staff. The bar staff-I can’t say enough about it. This is a place where I can work/relax and drink tea and/or coffee in the day and sip a cocktail at night. Mouad - new manger of the bar Ambiance and Jawad , Abderrhim, Adil, Nadin, Chafic, Fatima , to name but a few of the team, are all so genuinely friendly and there to ensure you have a convivial and memorable experience. Please do say hello to them and introduce yourself-you are guaranteed a warm Moroccan welcome, as was I and my son, time after time. The same experience will await you in the dining room - Mohammed, chaimae,Sara, Monsef, and many more are so incredibly gracious, welcoming and there to assist and make you dining experience one to remember And for your day to day needs and trip advice - Yasmin is so helpful and speaks great English Thanks to all at Pullman, Marrakesh, for making this yet another incredible memorable and wonderful experience! Excellent Resort. Really enjoyed the stay here. It has so much on offer to do such as tennis, soccer, table tennis and a gym. The app is a great idea as it gives people an idea of what is happening every day during their stay. There are different activities everyday. There are two pools also, one for kids and adults and another for 16+ which is a great idea for adults who want some time to relax. Plenty of different options in relation to food so people are spoilt for choice such Asian food or a bar near the pools for food and also a buffet option in the evening.

I was on 5 days business trip to Marrakesh in October, 2018. We had a conference and business meeting in the Pullman resort. The resort is nice and very comfortable, the pool is very good. It is located in Palmeraie district, in 20 minutes drive from center of Marrakesh. You can take a hotel shuttle or a taxi to the center of Marrakesh. The Taxi is not expansive, that’s why this is not a problem at all. The meeting rooms, lobby and outside facilities are very comfortable both for business meetings and for family visitors also. The Staff is very helpful and the service is perfect. Just the hotel rooms are need some renovation to make the hotel 5 Star hotel.
