location is excellent. right next to the shopping street though slightly to 1 end of the street, which I think makes it less pricy compared to hotels nearer the middle. car park is at a multi storey building in the block diagonally opposite. park n take a ticket. show it to the hotel reception and they will give you a 2nd ticket (pay to hotel), to be inserted into the machine at the exit gantry. note that u will need to insert both the original ticket n the 2nd ticket from the hotel to enjoy a discounted parking rate. room is small as is often the case in Japan. there was a massage chair in the room! but this is not standard in all rooms

This is only a midrange hotel but I have nothing but good things to say about this place. We booked five nights directly by e mailing the hotel. They gave us a great rate, free cancellation, they didn’t even take our credit card details. I am impressed by the trust they have in us. The communication was fast, clear and in reasonable good english. The whole hotel is non smoking which is very rare in Japan. The check in process is super easy and fast. We had a triple and a twin rooms opposite each other. The room is small by international standard but quite big by Japanese standard. It is super clean with slippers, night gown, heated thermos and fridge. There is a microwave on each floor and beer /drink vending machine although 24 hours family mart is attached to the hotel as well. The location is perfect - the airport bus is just across the street for going to New Chitose airport but a bit further on coming into the hotel from the airport. On arrival we took the train to JR Sapporo and then taxi but on departure we used the bus. If you have less bags you can walk through underground passage from Sapporo station to the hotel. The hotel is perfectly located the south entrance lead you straight to Tanukikoji. The main entrance is facing east, 8 mins to JR Sapporo and about five mins to Odori Park. Also close to street car stop which we took to mount Moiwa. If I want to find any fault that would be that we were charged for local calls trying to make reservation for restaurants. I would suggest not trying to make your own reservation but instead let the reception booked them for you then there will be no charge. We were surprised New Year Eve and New Year days were such big things in Sapporo, practically nothing open on new Year day and most places closed early on new year eve. But the hotel reception were able to find us places to eat both days! Highly recommended!

This hotel location is fantastic for shopping and very near Odori park. We find it very, very convenient especially after heavy shopping with lots of bags to carry we can just walk back to the hotel and drop our bags. We find it very, very convenient especially after heavy shopping with lots of bags to carry we can just walk back to the hotel and drop our bags. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I highly recommended this hotel to whoever are planning to do shopping in Sapporro.

The staffs at the counter are friendly. Hotel on the shopping street. Lawson convenience store right on the ground floor. Sheltered access to odori subway if you use the right exit. Room is clean and comfortable. The bus stop of airport shuttle bus is in front of the hotel. I have a flight in early morning so it's very convenient. Just cross the road then go.
