“Single Room”
The hotel is about 1km from the Termini train station, where the airport train (Leonardo Express) stops. My room was on the 1st floor, so I had to carry my heavy luggage up the spiral staircase. The hotel is about 1km from the Termini train station, where the airport train (Leonardo Express) stops. My room was on the 1st floor, so I had to carry my heavy luggage up the spiral staircase. I was pleasantly surprised with my budget single room. While the room was smallish, it didn't feel cramped. The rustic furniture was absolutely charming. The bathroom was well equipped. WiFi is free, but you need to ask reception to generate a user & password (1 per device / day). My only complaint was the lack of available electrical sockets. I only found one, partly hidden behind the nightstand. Multi-plugs cost very little, and would be much appreciated by guests with several devices/batteries to charge.

“Clean hotel in noisy location”
Hotel Elyse is centrally located with clean room but the downside is it is located opposite the train station and next to a busy road. Hence, expect noise. Hotel Elyse is centrally located with clean room but the downside is it is located opposite the train station and next to a busy road. Hence, expect noise. The train starts at 5.30am and ends past 11pm. I wasn't used to such noise so was not easy for me to fall asleep. There was a fridge in the room in the room but it wasn't working, which the owner claimed "All the fridges don't work because guests like to put big items in it". However, I was pleasantly surprised the bathroom was spacious and there's a walk-in wardrobe.

“Do not expect much”
When I booked this location had 4 stars, so I had higher expectations going in to my trip. First of all, you have to be buzzed in every time you return to the hotel. Second, the "breakfast" is glorified fruit and packaged snacks. The "minibar" is not a real thing. The lady at the front did not know… Más
When I booked this location had 4 stars, so I had higher expectations going in to my trip. First of all, you have to be buzzed in every time you return to the hotel. Second, the "breakfast" is glorified fruit and packaged snacks. The "minibar" is not a real thing. The lady at the front did not know what I was talking about when I asked about it. The people were nice, and the rooms are sufficient. Just know that it is nothing more than average, making it slightly pricey for what you get.

Great location and very friendly staff. The hotel needs a bit of a revamp as the carpets and fittings are very worn. Rooms are comfortable and tidy and it's close to the main train station as well as others so it worked well for us. Breakfast isn't very good if you can't eat wheat but fine for ever… Más
