“Friendly, helpful staff. ”
We stayed here during a brief visit to Paris with a younger family member. All the staff we dealt with were really friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and pleasant to stay in. No hassles or dramas, thank you.

“A Stay as Charming and Heart-Warming as Paris”

On my first trip to Paris, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The hotel is located in the perfect location on Ile Saint Louis. Within moments, you are walking distance from drinking a bottle of red wine on the Seine, catching a Metro to any place in the city, or taking in all the restaurants the surrounding Le Marais, Left Bank and St. Germain Des Pres have to offer. The hotel staff are incredibly welcoming, personable and helpful. The hotel rooms offer a 17th century charm with a comfortable bed, writing desk and modern washrooms. The room I stayed in faced the inner courtyard which made it all the more quaint. I highly recommend staying here!

On our recent trip to France, we ended our vacation in Paris at the lovely Hotel Lutece. We were traveling with three other couples. Upon our arrival we were greeted warmly and professionally by Paloma, who was working at the front desk. Our check in was swift and efficient. Besides the fantastic location to just about everything a visitor would need [attractions, pastry, coffee, restaurants, groceries, and ICE CREAM] the staff was helpful, friendly and checked back to make sure we were having a good time. Paloma was the one staff member we had the most contact with and we enjoyed our lighthearted banter and learning about her goals and aspirations, all the while being cared for in the most professional way. This hotel was the 'favorite' of one of our traveling couples and we could see why! When we were gone for the day the housekeeping staff restored our room to pristine condition. Thanks to all the Hotel Lutece staff for making our first stay in Paris the BEST!

This location is fantastic and the hotel is charming. Our family stayed here 27 years ago and remembered it so fondly that we stayed here again on this recent trip to Paris. We were not disappointed. The friendly, efficient and knowledgable staff was delightful. The hotel is cozy (do not expect big and modern). Hotel requires stairs; elevator accommodates only 1 person at a time, or just luggage. A short stroll to Notre Dame. Restaurants, cafes, shops just outside the door.
