En aplicación del Decreto Ley 1/2020, de 17 de enero, contra el turismo de excesos para la mejora de la calidad en zonas turísticas se determina la eliminación por completo del Todo Incluido que incluya bebidas alcohólicas ilimitadas. El régimen de Todo Incluido comprenderá todas las comidas, snacks y bebidas no alcohólicas. Las bebidas alcohólicas tendrán un coste adicional.
Además, como empresa comercializadora de estancias turísticas, debemos informarles de las siguientes restricciones:
Quedan prohibidas las prácticas peligrosas para la vida, la salud y la integridad física de los clientes en los establecimientos de alojamiento turístico y en las viviendas objeto de comercialización turística. En todos los casos se consideran prácticas peligrosas pasar de un balcón o ventana a otro, lanzarse o precipitarse desde lugares no adecuados a piscinas, al vacío o a cualquier elemento (la práctica del denominado balconing). Los clientes que las realicen tienen que ser expulsados del establecimiento con carácter inmediato, con independencia de las sanciones que se les puedan imponer, de acuerdo con este Decreto ley y con las ordenanzas municipales correspondientes. La expulsión tiene que ordenarla la dirección del establecimiento o la persona comercializadora de la vivienda, los cuales pueden requerir la colaboración de los cuerpos y fuerzas de seguridad.
De acuerdo con el régimen sancionador contenido en los artículos 11 a 22 del Decreto citado anteriormente, se considerará falta grave el incumplimiento de la prohibición de las prácticas peligrosas para la vida, la salud y la integridad física contenidas en el párrafo anterior. A las infracciones graves les corresponderá una sanción entre 6.001 y 60.000 euros.

“Great location and price! ”
Stayed for 3 nights over New Year. Stayed for 3 nights over New Year. Strike on Metro system meant we had to pay £55 euros for Uber from airport to hotel (rush hour traffic too) bit we booked hotel shuttle bus back only £36 Euros - very convenient too. Location is near three metro stations but main attractions are anywhere from a 20 minute (Moulin Rouge/Sacre Coeur) to a 45 min walk (Eiffel tower). Lovely to walk as plenty of bars, restaurants/cafes, shops on the way. Room clean and had nearly everything we needed apart from a coffee/tea making facilities! Iron available from reception. Towels and bedding changed each morning. Bed very creaky and walls very thin - you can hear everything in corridor and near by rooms! Friendly staff but it would be helpful if they knew more about the local area (e.g buses, best places to eat and drink and those to avoid!) Would definitely book here again.

“Pleasant stay, really well situated.”
Our room was basic and lacked natural light but very clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the maid service good. We added on breakfast on arrival which was adequate and plentiful. Our room was basic and lacked natural light but very clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the maid service good. We added on breakfast on arrival which was adequate and plentiful. Some fresh produce would have added to the quality. We were not able to have tea or coffee in our room but a suggestion might be to allow guests to access the drinks machine and kettle downstairs, in our view. We didn’t encounter any noise problems and our bed was comfy. The hotel is in a great location with bars and restaurants starting at both end of the street and metro stations very close by. Brochant is the nearest however Guy Moquet is not far in the other direction. There is an airport shuttle the hotel works with which is cheaper than a direct taxi, however advise you check the number of drop offs and allow yourself plenty of time, as other people on our shuttle were left with an hour before flying after the multiple stops. I would recommend this hotel.

“Snug hotel in a good location”

We have just returned from a two night stay at the Art Hotel. Crystal, the receptionist was friendly and welcoming and seemed to be there all the time. Our room on the 4th floor was small and a little tired but it was clean. Breakfast, they had everything and Aubrey talked you through the menu. Art is in a great location. 2 minutes from a metro station and surrounded by some good cafés for drinking and eating. Friendly, easy going and good value.

“Small clean rooms in a great area”
Room was small but comfortable with everything you need. Reception was friendly. Wifi was effective and it was very easy to navigate to the three nearby metro stations. The area was surprisingly excellent for eating out and walkable to Sacré-Coeur. Would stay again.

“So far so good”
The hotel in good location close to everything you need, the staff are friendly & very helpful, with always big smile. The breakfast has enough choices & fresh juice. Very warm front desk area with lovely shelf of many books.
