Our very first time in this hotel and it exceeded our expectations. I wish to compliment Diana who booked us at room 1824 and I also wish to thank Imelda for taking care of hotel guest while we were housed in the hotel. The breakfast was also excellent and kudos to the staff for looking after their hotel guest! Overall, a GREAT hotel to stay and will gladly return to this hotel in the future.

Arrival in frontdesk could be better and well coordinated while the rest was exceptional. Good thing a pregnant associate was helpful and redirected us to club lounge to check in. The lounge was spacious, great top view of manila bay and lounge services was satisfying. Breakfast can be improved (its not something to look forward) i guess the selection. Fortunately, it could be my lucky hotel, I got my purpose seamlessly… US Visa!

Been here a couple of times a few years ago. The service was good then but now it is exceptional. As soon as we arrived the guards swarmed on us to help us out of the taxi and helped with the luggage. The hotel from the street level is nothing to look at but inside it's fairly modern. Yet it was the exceptional service by the front desk named Christian that impressed. Going forward, the room we got had great views right next to the Club Room. The room itself was clean newly renovated by the looks of it and the bathroom while small was modern and functional. There was a huge working TV and the aircon was perfect. The beds were made in heaven. We had a great sleep. Worth the stay and worth the money, oh by the way try the pool it was refreshing.

It’s heartening to see hotel business slowly gaining ground after the pandemic. We booked Jen because of it location near the US embassy. Good thing we booked the club suites as we were in line for almost half an hour due to groups ahead of us. The club rooms are alright, at least there was a tub. Cocktail hour was also wonderful. The attendants there were much help. We were stuck because of Manila traffic and their Duty Manager was able to secure us a shuttle.

“Great”
Everything is good. It's just that check in process is quite a hassle. 1 staff checking in then another staff talking about us on booking directly with them on the website. I find it repetitive since the girl checking in us can do that already to offer to book directly.
