“Business Trip”
The receptionists are extremely welcoming and helpful:I think Edith helped me the most with my upgrades us I g my Wyndham Rewards....Suite was very comfortable....Will definitely stay there again when in the area...

“New and improved Breakfast for sure and the beds are better ”

This place is my favorite hotel on Beach Blvd. The owner Is super chill and he always makes sure everything is handled quickly. The hotel is super clean and always has the best Service. I will 10000% come back again and again.

I've stayed at many hotels near Disneyland, California in my days as my kids love to visit the "happiest place on earth." I've stayed at many hotels near Disneyland, California in my days as my kids love to visit the "happiest place on earth." So trust me when I say that this is one of the better hotels that we have stayed at. Especially since they completely remodeled the rooms to make them more luxurious and comforting. The complimentary breakfast is one of the best you can have at a hotel and all their are amenities are easily accessible. This is a great hotel whether you want to just sleep at and go to Disneyland or to stay in and relax. Great service as well.

“Never Again!!!”
I booked three rooms for my large family (11 people, 1 baby), staying 10 days. The first few days were great, breakfast was good and rooms were clean. Then out of nowhere Edith the manager said that her cleaning staff found drug paraphernalia in one of our rooms and that we needed to leave. I w… Más
I booked three rooms for my large family (11 people, 1 baby), staying 10 days. The first few days were great, breakfast was good and rooms were clean. Then out of nowhere Edith the manager said that her cleaning staff found drug paraphernalia in one of our rooms and that we needed to leave. I was confused and said I would like to see the proof and she would not show me even though she said that her staff took pictures. She said that we needed to vacate the property immediately and she would not be issuing a refund for the remainder of our stay that we had already pain in full. I refused to leave and she said that she was going to call the police on me, I told her please do and while your at it call the owner because I would like to talk to him. She refused, I told her that was fine when the police showed up I'm sure they can get a hold of him. All of a sudden she changed her mind and said that we can stay?!? It felt as if she seen that we had paid over $3500 and if she said that there was drug paraphernalia she could kick us out and pocket the money. When she seen that I wasn't going down without a fight she gave up, we ended up staying there for the remaining 7 days and will never stay there again. Makes me wonder how many people she has done this to. My daughters in their early 20's said that their bags had been gone thru and two of them were missing some of their underwear. The groundskeeper/maintenance man was really creepy and was always watching my girls making them very uncomfortable. Our family left to visit the Hollywood sign and one of my daughters stayed behind because she didn't feel well, she said that the door to their room opened (no knocking) and when she went to see who it was it was the maintenance man standing there and was completely shocked when he seen her and was stumbling over his words and said that someone had called about the shower being broken, obviously making that up since my daughter had just gotten out of the shower. If he had opened that door 10 mins earlier he would have found my daughter naked. How scary is that! He had to be the one going thru my girls' bags, what he did with their underwear I don't know and don't want to know. Would never stay at this location again, I would think twice if I were you.
