“Very pleasant experience”
Room was large and quiet (although they upgraded me). It had a fridge/microwave/coffeemaker. Parking should have been $10 but since I had joined the holiday inn thing, they upgraded my room and gave me free parking. Room was large and quiet (although they upgraded me). It had a fridge/microwave/coffeemaker. Parking should have been $10 but since I had joined the holiday inn thing, they upgraded my room and gave me free parking. Restaurant was pleasant but food was not the best and the selection wasn't especially good. I'd definitely stay there again. Friendly staff, fast check-in, really nice room.

“Nice Hotel near the Universidad”
I have been traveling a lot for my job. I stayed here because it was close to the Universidad de Miami. I enjoyed the 5 nights I was here. Check In was easy and the front desk staff were friendly. I have been traveling a lot for my job. I stayed here because it was close to the Universidad de Miami. I enjoyed the 5 nights I was here. Check In was easy and the front desk staff were friendly. I did not spend much time in my room except to sleep but it was quiet and dark. They told me the hotel was due to be imploded soon and next time it will be a much grander hotel. I look forward to seeing what will be here next time I come to the Universidad.

“Nice Hotel, University of Miami right across the street”
This staff at the front desk were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean. My only real complaint is that the bathroom was VERY SMALL!! Located near a Starbucks and TGIF. The pool could have used a few more lounge chairs.

“Graduation weekend”
Across the street from University of Miami. A+++ for location!. Staff was wonderful. Clean and neat. This is an older property in need of a face lift. Guest rooms dated, and lobby furniture was drab and sagging. Restaurant and pool area were very nice. Breakfast was magnificent.

“Nice but Extremely Loud”

Overall, this is a fairly nice hotel. The room was nice-sized and fairly comfortable. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. I was on the third floor in room 367. The room has an exhaust vent that appears to be tied in with a central ventilation system for the entire hotel. The blower for the vent must have been on the roof right above my room, because it was extremely loud and ran 24/7. Hopefully other rooms are quieter, especially those on the lower floors. One other complaint is that the room's air conditioner appeared to be undersized and could not keep up with the heat and humidity, even in May.
