“Wonderful hotel”
It was our first time in Dubai. We decided to celebrate wife's birthday in this hotel. It was our first time in Dubai. We decided to celebrate wife's birthday in this hotel. High-quality service and hospitality, good-natured reception staff and friendly restaurant staff, tasty breakfast and good housekeeping. Big and well appointed room, good transfer to the beach and Dubai Mall. There are to many shops nearby. It was a big surprise when we got a present for wife's birthday (fruits, juice and postcard) from management of the hotel. Only no Russian-speaking employee at the reception.... But impression of the hotel was wonderful. If we decide to come back in Dubai, we certainly will stay in this hotel again. Wish all hotel staff prosperity and good guests! Thank you for your hospitality!

“Very Supportive and good hotel”
We got very good experience in dealing with the Manager Nodir.He was very supportive and professional.Customer service is first for him. How ever at the same hotel the receptionist Su Su not sure about the name very uncultured,rude and mannerless lady.i wonder why hotel management appointed her.Sh… Más

“Great stay!”
The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful with any question or request you might have. The room was clean and spacious, with big balcony, 2 bathrooms & a kitchenette. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful with any question or request you might have. The room was clean and spacious, with big balcony, 2 bathrooms & a kitchenette. It's a quite place to stay, alcohol free, pool area which we didn't use because we went to the beach. The shuttle service is a BIG plus, although the hotel is not in a very touristic area offering the shuttle to the Mall of Emirates which had a metro station that connects you to all parts of Dubai was very good. Having the bus at your disposal to and from the beach is also a very good aspect. I loved it and we would go back to this hotel. The room was tidy and there is a water bottle given every day. We recommend it.

We arrived early from a flight from New Zealand however the hotel refused to let us enter our room despite traveling for over 20 hours and with two children under 8 with us. This was not the best start. When we finally got access, the apartment was perfect for what we needed though so we cannot fault that. Location-wise it was perfect with a 10 minute walk to the Mall of the Emirates which then provided bus services to what we needed (Legoland). It is also close to a park and lake which was a nice place to visit. Slightly pricey but not really for Dubai I guess...

This hotel is fine for business and leisure travelers that are not stick to Dubai's most shiny areas like Marina and Downtown. The significant lower prices in this area are attractive and the area is much more lively than thought at first sight. The area has not many big brands but a more authentic and local atmosphere. The hotel is good value for money. It is not a luxury hotel but rather a mid class hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The couch and table chairs where a bit too soft to be comfortable. Bed was fine and daily cleaning worked well. Pool on the roof is smal but nice to relax. Bed and towels available for free. Free parking and WiFi.
