Ubicación: Este hotel se encuentra en la bahía de Dubai Creek. Está a unos 5 km del centro de la ciudad y a pocos minutos de la cámara de comercio, Etisalat, el puente Maktoum, la torre del reloj, y el Dubai Creek & Yacht Club. Además, muy cercas está el aeropuerto internacional de Dubai.

“Amazing with some comments”
Amazing place to rest after a long day in Dubai. The rooms are spacious enough to take another two beds. The staff are working hard to make your stay better than you expected to find. Amazing place to rest after a long day in Dubai. The rooms are spacious enough to take another two beds. The staff are working hard to make your stay better than you expected to find. The one and only comment on this facility is the FOOD at BREAKFAST! Like there is nothing major to complain about but there’s lake of variety, I mean the breakfast buffet is not that rich with food.

“good room, nice food, ok location”
The room was old-fashioned, but well-maintenance. Wifi was stable throughout stay. Shower was ok, just missed to have a hand shower. Lobby was a little dark, but not a problem. The room was old-fashioned, but well-maintenance. Wifi was stable throughout stay. Shower was ok, just missed to have a hand shower. Lobby was a little dark, but not a problem. Dinner at O'Leary was excellent. Food was tasty, service was wonderful. Breakfast wasnice with quite enough food choices. Location was ok, walking distances to some minimarts and restaurants. Executive lounge was quiet and good. Staffs are wonderful that I would like to recommend Mr.Mani, bell person (from India) who helped us for check-in and when we moved to another room. His service was so good and professional. His personality was impressive. Mr.Pzaychelles, Ms.Grace, Ms.Judy at O'Learys offered their excellent service that made our every dinner fully happy.

“Nice Creek view and friendly staff”

We spent four nights at this hotel this month and will stay a further six nights after our return from the Maldives My observations follow: Check-in: as required with no delay (staff appeared less when checking in at midnight as it took a few minutes for assistance to arrive to carry our bags); Room: nice deluxe room that was upgraded because of our Diamond status with Hilton. Creek view room: the rooms facing the creek have a nice view. We were fortunate to receive corner rooms that offered us a very nice view including a partial view of the sunset. Bathroom: good. Breakfast: Well organized during COVID restrictions but variety needs to be improved; Public washrooms: clean and well-maintained. Concierge: good and very helpful in handling our queries. Travel Desk: reasonably well informed Room Service: excellent and we received many water bottles per day with compliments from the hotel. Manager Linda is active and she offered us a good rate for another six night stay that we plan to have here later this week. COVID Preparedness: the hotel has been taking this seriously Guests have to wear masks on the property and have to maintain reasonable social distancing. Overall the experience of staying at this hotel was great. Appreciate the late check-out they gave us on the final day prior to our departure to the Maldives. Munir D.
