“Great Service”
This is a great location to experience the JBR from friendly staff, especially Anglo in the restaurant. The front staff are also on hand to help with any questions or help. Highly recommend this hotel

“Flavours of India is the place to be”
It is nothing less than a jewel. The food was authentic and amazing Indian food... the service is just out of this world and can not say enough to praise the liveliness of the team. “Service beyond best expectations”

While this was a business-trip in part, we also chose to make it a family holiday, and my family also joined me on on our second visit to this hotel. Given my wife was accompanying me, I was a bit more selective and expected a bit more than usual in my travels. I was left with nothing to worry about and our expectations were exceeded in every interaction we had with the hotel staff. I am not sure how to explain this, but we felt as we were guests at a family member's home, and were treated with kindness, courtesy, and immeasurable hospitality at every moment of our stay. The only lackluster aspect of our stay was the condition of the room, but I am told that renovations are underway, and so it is nice to see that the management is proactive and attentive in upkeep of the property. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank some of the staff that made out trip especially memorable. Thank you, Lyzat, Nikolay, Tuti, Boutros, Neldie, Yasnine, Vasana, Poonam, Leilani, Krizzie, Julie, Ibrahim, Amla, Surya, Arlen, Wahab, UbedAllah, Kamrul Hassan, Eugene, Niranjan, Subin, and last but certainly not least, Antash. I would highly recommend a stay at his hotel. I feel confident in the staff providing an experience as positive as mine.

“Its a 4 star but friendly Staff will make you feel like its a 5 star.”

I stayed for a couple of days with my wife and baby, its a very quiet and cozy place for family. Walls are thin but that’s probably the issue in most hotels. Bedding was very clean and comfortable. Room was tidy with great quality furniture. Bath fittings are of classical style but functional, bath tub is deep and very relaxing. Good wifi speed with strong connection. TV was old but who watches tv in hotels anyway. Breakfast is okay, good choices with live cooking of the eggs. I didn’t try pool and sauna due to covid. Staff is very friendly, very well behaved and helpful.
