“깨끗하고 친절해요!”
오래된 호텔이지만 그만큼 아주 잘 관리가 되어있어요. 카펫도 새로 교체된 상태고, 위생적으로도 훌륭합니다. 직원분들도 친절해요! 씨티뷰라 건물들이 밀접하긴 하지만 크게 불편하지 않습니다. 합리적인 가격에 접근성도 좋아요. Clean and affordable hotel.The comfy bed and nice location help its guests have a great experience.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. Location, location, location! Right next to Guro subway Stn. and airport limo literally right at the door step! Much better service compared to the near by Shilla Stay last time I stayed. The restaurant staff were just lovely and the breakfast buffet selection & quality were excellent. Will definitely recommend! Looking forward to its Four Points rebranding ☆☆☆☆☆

“Great business option in Seoul”
If you have business in this part of Seoul you can't go wrong with this hotel. If you are from the US don't be fooled by the Best Western name. This is not your typical American hotel. Much more on par with a US Marriott or Hilton

“Recommended, but...”

I booked this hotel last minute while I was in Jeonju to spend an extra day in Seoul. Although they didn’t let me check-in an hour earlier as my bus arrived early, I hung around as they do not have a lobby. The building was also going through some renovation. I’m used to staying at hotels and this was only the second time they didn’t let me check-in earlier. However, the other time it happened, they at least had a lobby and bar to visit. When I got to my floor and during my stay, I only heard 2 other rooms that were taken. Management at this hotel should loosen their check-in conditions a bit and be more understandable with international travellers who have no control over transportation, therefore they may arrive earlier. This kind of pissed me off as the male reception staff only said “no” which is kinda rude. I was on my 5th week of travelling in Japan and South Korea, and I had never experienced anything like this from somebody working in customer service. This male staff (he was wearing glasses) should get some customer service training. Other than that, my room was clean. They offered free laundry in the basement which is very convenient as I had a bunch of clothes to wash. There is a gym which is a typical hotel gym but with a bit more dumbbells (up to 50lbs), 2 treadmills and 2 bikes, and a cable machine. No squat rack or bench press. No water fountain or mini-fridge. Nothing exciting but does the job. The gym is open from 6am to I don’t remember but with the code you can go earlier. Also, I have to add that it was extremely unpleasant to have a smoking room not too far from mine. It was the first room right after the elevator and therefore anyone who wants to get to their room had to walk past this smoking-room. In my opinion, smoking-rooms should be at the far back so non-smokers don’t get affected by the smell. This hotel needs to re-think their room configuration. They have a restaurant on the 2nd floor called La Stella. I only had the buffet breakfast there which I paid 16,500 KRW when I checked in. The food was excellent, nice variety of food and eggs. Croissant was however hard as a rock. I didn’t eat it, pretty sure it could’ve break a tooth. Also, they need more fruits. They only had pineapples, oranges, and something else along with fruit mix from the same fruits. Overall breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend you eat there if you get the discounted amount if not, have breakfast elsewhere for cheaper. This would be a 3.5/5 rating but I don’t have that option with TripAdvisor. I would return only if there is nothing else better. I hope management from this hotel will read this review and take it as recommendations to their future guests.

“Best Western not a cowboy place”

This was my second time visiting Seoul and also my second time staying at the Best Western Guro. Hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. Although the bar area is lacking somewhat. Still there are plenty of bars and eating places within 5 mins walk. Only other downside was the air con in room 1203. It seemed to be locked and would not lower the temp in the room.
