I was for first time at Incheon and my agent appointed this hotel for me! I was accommodated well, fast and with a quite good smile from the front desk employee which was quite good impression for me after long flight. Lobby is nothing spectacular, but is clean and well arranged.... and quite huge :). Room …. Room was Ok(beside of this that was quite small), clean and well equipped for this type of the hotel – nothing spectacular, but all you need was in the room – coffee-maker, fridge and .... bed :). Bed was quite good and comfortable, at least for me! After long flight and quite big time difference was .... very very nice :)! Wi-Fi signal was Ok and this was one good plus for all guests. TV channels were quite enough for spending time, but maybe there will be no time for them :)! Hotel is clean and well maintained and generally I didn’t find some negative remarks, from my side!Ok, a bit old, but there was some renovation works in progress ... As the hotel is on the top of the hill - view is quite good and ... I'd like it, beside was towards Old port and some suburbs .... On the ground floor, close to Front desk is the “OLYMPOS” restaurant/bar where you may take your meal(either breakfast or lunch) or nice dinner with friends or to meet some other pleasant hotel guest. Food was good, and I was happy to find good and well prepared food … in time. Personnel was quite friendly and restaurant well-arranged and very clean. Wi-Fi service is quite good here too! Beer and burgers too ;) …. There are some additional facilities as fitness, sauna and etc. which will make your stay much better … Good stay at all .... or at least form me ;)!

“Close to Metro but hard to get to without Taxi or Car”

It is okay if you arrive by bus, taxi, or car, but you still need to climb the hill to visit restaurants, shops, or Chinatown which is very handy. The staff were good, the hotel is spotlessly clean and nicely decorated, but the internet service was below standard (I needed it for business). The views of the port (although not pretty) are very interesting and spectacular. Like in a lot of hotels, I didn't like the light switch arrangements. It is difficult to find the correct tiny switch to press at night if going to the bathroom. Sauna facilities were excellent and very clean. Overall, good value, nicely presented, in a good location, but with some drawbacks.

I visit paradise hotel for business trip. The first impression given by the hotel is positive. Has a huge and beautiful lobby, while the restaurant and the tunnel that lead to the spa and massage dances give the hotel 5-star exploration. In all of these I will not forget to add the overlooked view as its location is on top of a hill. But unfortunately just after you get to the rooms you have the feeling that you are in another hotel, the rooms are old and small. They are not dirty the opposite will go, for the age of the hotel they are very clear. But you really feel that the renovation was limited to the lobby. Yet another reason that you have the impression that all are half, is the fact that the name of the hotel is Olimpos while its wi fi is called paradise, as you will find hotel in internet. You can add as advantages, it's warm and highly professional staff and his good kitchen.

The gym is ok. The breakfast buffet is OK as well. But steamed bacon. Really come on that's horrible. The rooms all share the same climate control. So if the management thinks it will be cold. Then the heater is on through the whole hotel. Including the room your in. Even if you don't think it is cold. The same way with the air con. The area is noisy. Some times the boats will sound there horns. China town is at the base of the hotel. Dinner at the hotel is outrageous prices.
