“great location, v nice hotel, good staff, decent breakfast”

stayed for 4 days and like the hotel, clean, large rooms, pushed 2 twin beds together to make a kingsize, breakfast reasonable but too much bread stuff. gym has nice view, real wood sauna that gets hot

Checkin and checkout were very fast and smooth. I was assigned room on level 11 with nice views of Ave Paulista. Checkin and checkout were very fast and smooth. I was assigned room on level 11 with nice views of Ave Paulista. Hotel is right next door to Metro Paraiso and close to Shopping centre With several restaurants close by. I found all the staff helpful. The room was quite large and had a seperate living area with large sofa and a small balcony. I will not deny this hotel is dated( but im sure in its hey day, it would have been chic and flashy). Nonetheless it was very clean and comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again in future.

This was a small family trip to Sao Paulo, Brazil. The hotel was chosen based on its proximity to attractions and also to access places we needed to go during that trip. Depending on where you need to go location is key due to traffic and security issues. We spent four nights and were very pleased with the overall service, the parking is very convenient, the front desk always helpful, the room was spacious, with a good desk for work, the shower was FANTASTIC, we did not used the gym because was crowded, the bed was very comfortable, but the sofa bed a little too rigid, everything clean (no carpet finally!), free coffee in room, and the super good breakfast, but pricey. The location is close to the subway so you may go almost anywhere, was also fast to get a cab, or to get my car ready when requested, the valet service was also very efficient. I have only good memories from all people from the hotel, every single one we have contact with. Finally the hotel is close to the financial district, the Cultural Centre, two blocks away from a shopping mall, a pharmacy around the corner, and all the good food from restaurants from that area accessible by an application that used for the first time called iFood, the delivery was fast and I could track when was going to arrive, very convenient. Since I had no Brazilian phone number when registering at the APP I put a friend's phone # instead.

“Bom hotel, bem localizado”

Wonderful hotel, with a nice and spaceous room, breakfast is very delicious with a vaiety of dishes, some of them prepared on demmand with no extra costs. Our family room was well designed although the bathroom looked too small
