“A rare find in Sydney”
This hotel is a delight. It is beautiful in the size and detail of its rooms and so comfortable you feel at home and relaxed. We really enjoyed the beauty of this special heritage building. This hotel is a delight. It is beautiful in the size and detail of its rooms and so comfortable you feel at home and relaxed. We really enjoyed the beauty of this special heritage building. The position is fantastic. Close to many of Sydneys most beautiful treasures like the art gallery, Botanical Gardens,and Elizabeth Bay House while being in the middle of one of Sydneys most interesting areas. The area itself,is a pleasure to explore. There are great cafes and restaurants just up the street. The hosts make you feel so well looked after, and offered personal tips on places to eat and things that were happening locally. Many thanks for providing this special oasis.

A very big thank you to Keith and Ree for another lovely stay. Simpsons of Potts Point is always our first choice of accommodation in Sydney. It is spotlessly clean, quiet, well located and offers tranquillity in a busy city such as Sydney. We always feel welcome at Simpsons. The breakfast is fresh and tasty and Keith greeted us each morning with a friendly smile and a beautiful pot of tea (or coffee). We look forward to seeing you again soon.

Genuine, sincere thanks for making my 60th birthday celebration so very special for everyone. From the lovely breakfasts (special thanks to Damien), to Keith's good advice on sites to see and things to do……it was truly an unforgettable experience, and in no small part due to the lovely surrounds. The inn is a delightful place, and they should be very proud of how they keep it. An historic resource like that isn’t easy to maintain, and I applaud their good work in the name of History and Architecture. And the selections of ALL the furnishings couldn’t be more appropriate and lovely. A wonderful memory, and will absolutely stay with them if I am again in Sydney.

“Amazing Find for our 45th Wedding Anniversary!”
What an absolute gem of a place. Beautifully set out, with each room (bed/living/dining) having its own ambience.The hosts Ree and Keith were totally charming and nothing was too difficult!
