First time ever I am giving review before we even leave the hotel. The customer service is outstanding the guys who are working tonight could not been more helpful. We are staying here for only one night but I felt I need to leave the review as it doesn't happen to often than people at the desk actually care and are extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for a family. Rooms are spacious and very clean and fresh. Customer service is outstanding. Highly recommended.

I am a customer of the "Bielefelder Hof" Hotel for a very long time. I like it because; it is clean, has a perfect service, perfect breakfast and a lot of varieties to choose also the Hotel it is near to all kind of transportation possibilities. Just across the main train station and taxi point. And the Tram is just behind the Hotel. I will keep staying for my upcoming trips.

“One night stay”

Nice hotel clean rooms comfortable bed good sound proofing as it’s quite busy outside, underground parking and close to the train station, city centre a short walk away staff spoke good English, would stay again if passing this way……………..

Modern hotel directly opposite the Bielefeld train station. Plenty of paid parking spaces in front of the hotel including two charging spots for electric cars. Modern hotel directly opposite the Bielefeld train station. Plenty of paid parking spaces in front of the hotel including two charging spots for electric cars. I chose to park in the underground garage. The hotel is more modern (i.e. less classic) than other Steigenberger hotels I have visited. My room was new, spacious and comfortable overlook the more quite area behind the hotel. Very big TV on the wall, small fridge (empty) and coffee making option. Bathroom also spacious and clean. The hotel is a short walk from the old center of Bielefeld. The area around the Bielefeld train station hosts quite some colorful people often walking around while drinking a beer and asking if you have any change. For that reason I chose to park in the hotels underground parking. Still, plenty of cars parked on the street which were clearly safe.
