“Amazing service”
Rooms were comfortable and clean. We got rooms in front of the street which has a club, so we asked to be switched due to the noise on the place. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We got rooms in front of the street which has a club, so we asked to be switched due to the noise on the place. Hotel's employees morning shift were helpful and nicer than night shift. Food was good. If I go back again I will choose this hotel. Travelers were nice, friendly and family environment. Great location to walk around safely.

“Perfect location!”
Everything is close by! Supermarkets, barbers, pharmacist, shopping, restaurants, laundry I mean just about everything! This place was a very decent hotel with buffet style breakfast! Really nice place to stay for the first time!

“best located hotel in the area.”
I stayed at the Mercure Comercial and was so pleased that we want to return. Can't beat the location and the service was great. Rooms are standard but clean and comfortable. You will not regret staying there.

“Nice hotel in a good location ”
I am an Accor member and wanted to try something different. Nice hotel. Rooms are clean with good facilities. The area in the daytime is nice. Walking distance to various sites in the colonial area. The breakfast is decent. The WiFi is very irregular. Not sure if u will come back.

“Pre-Payers Beware!!”
I booked an Air + Mercure Hotel package from Aug 5th - 15th 2016. Before booking I called the hotel and asked if there was a charge for guests visiting my room. I booked an Air + Mercure Hotel package from Aug 5th - 15th 2016. Before booking I called the hotel and asked if there was a charge for guests visiting my room. The representative told me the person must only leave an I.D. and retrieve it from security upon exiting. When I arrived to my surprise there was a printed form stating there will be a $20 charge for every guest. I demanded to speak with the person from the initial conversation. She exits her office and simply states I MISUNDERSTOOD YOUR QUESTION...SORRY!! The first 6 days of my stay the Air Conditioning in my room was very cold then on the 7th day it barely emitted a cool breeze on High. I contacted the supervisor about my room and was told it was a hotel issue with several rooms affected....The problem was never corrected. The WIFI barely operates at 58Mbps....Can you say Buffering!! Finally, upon checking into your room you will immediately notice that there are NO DRAWERS to put your pressed clothes. You must store your clothes on a shelf above your head in a closet...Visit ACCORHOTELS.COM/HOTEL MERCURE and view closely room photo #14.
