Down a quiet side street, 10 minutes walk to City Centre attractions / lots of restaurants. Excellent large bedroom, huge bed! Separate sitting area (with kitchenette, if you want it - extra cost), loads of storage space. Bathroom compact, but fine (only small complaint was that shower drained very slowly). Decoration and cleanliness throughout hotel excellent. Good range at breakfast (coffee superb!), all staff in breakfast room and on Reception were so helpful and nice. Great arrangement with local underground parking company, who deliver and collect your car from hotel in just a few minutes - definitely worth the cost, as parking (and driving) in Palermo is a nightmare. Definitely recommended.

We carefully selected this hotel for New Year 2020 holidays. We spent 7 nights in excellent condition. The room was quiet, very comfortable, large, neoclassical style, beautifully decorated( paintings, floor lamp, wall lamps, Italian marble floor), a slightly retro atmosphere very pleasant. A second smaller room was a dining room which included a well-equipped kitchenette, a table, 2 chairs, a sofa bed, a floor lamp, and paintings also. Cleaning was daily. The sheats and the towels were changed every day too, without asking. The breakfast was rich and varied. That included cannoli cakes that I knew the other 2 trips in Sicily and I liked them. As regards the hotel staff I could say: very professional and helpful. Congratulation for the hotel management, too Hotel location: very good. 5 minutes from the "city (elegant)center"(Teatro Massimo, Teatro Politeama, Via Ruggero Settimo) and not far from the "historic center" 15 minutes walking distance or 5 minutes by bus (station near the hotel)

“Great”
Look no further. This place is everything: location, price, quality. Should be 100 E. The breakfast was robust. A block from a Via Roma bus stop. Its clea . Well staffed. Nothing funky. Good. Book it now. You will be thankful.

When i come to Palermo i always stay here Quiet central and confortable Nice accomodating staff The only pitfall is wifi not working in the room and poor even elsewhere... Yoh should fix it... nowadays it us essential you should also provide parking service

We had a very generously sized and comfortable room on the top floor and thus heard practically no street noise at all. The location is excellent - very close to the city centre. However, for all my fellow coeliacs out there: The hotel website and standard booking websites state that gluten free breakfasts are available, and they are. But you must make sure that you book this in advance. I thought I had, reception told me I hadn't and I couldn't provide any proof. The upshot was mainly pre-packaged cakes, which are not my favourite breakfast item, plus one bread roll. I had to ask for a second one every morning. This got a little annoying, particularly since one of Palermo's gluten-free shops is practically next door. So give them plenty of notice!
