My mum and I stayed here for four nights. The staff were so friendly, especially Theodore (the new manager) he honestly couldn’t have been more welcoming, helpful and friendly. He would do anything to help us - call us taxis, advise the best times to see things and the nicest restaurants to eat at. We felt really looked after throughout our stay and never have we felt so welcomed in a hotel. The breakfast was lovely and fresh, a continental breakfast with lots of choice and lovely eggs and omelettes too. The room was nice, spacious and clean, with a balcony over-looking the pool. The only thing is we didn’t have many coat hangers or hooks but this is something that could be easily added! Beds were comfy and the hotel was generally so quiet and relaxing. The view from the balcony where you can eat your breakfast is beautiful. Ideal spot to see planes taking off too! A 20 mins walk to the Old/New Town or 5 minute taxi ride made it ideal for venturing out day and night. Buses were easy to catch to lots of nearby beaches. The price was so good - it’s not luxury but such great value for money. We definately recommend booking here!

Theo the hotel manager made our holiday . Hotel was clean. Breakfast good . Great room on first floor overlooking pool with sunny balcony . Bathroom typically Greek e.g lacking shower curtain but water hot . Hairdryer available from reception- mostly . Loved skiathos would come back . Can get taxi or practically walk from airport . My partner turned into a plane spotter . Half an hour walk into skiathos town but we had a scooter which Theo arranged . Was really handy. For supermarket trips or to explore . Though great bus service and water taxis available from town to beaches so not completely necessary. Hotel is good for those looking for a more budget holiday . Skiathos though is not is not a cheap holiday compared to other more commercialised Greek islands . The scenery and beaches are worth it though . GlD we came and would come back

“Quiet out of town boutique hotel.”

We had a one night stay here before travelling to Skopelos the following day. The hotel is situated withing walking distance of Skiathos town, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. We had a one night stay here before travelling to Skopelos the following day. The hotel is situated withing walking distance of Skiathos town, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. On put arrival, the reception manager was superb, helpful and friendly even though we had arrived slightly early. We were supplied with coffee and could sit on the lounge balcony which had excellent views over the town. We would have booked a further stay on our return from the other islands but unfortunately Anamar was fully booked. Breakfast was amazing, plenty of choice and expertly presented. We will definately return, the staff were lovely and particularly the reception manager ( my apologies for not getting his name ) I would have no hesitation to recommend Anamar Suites.

“Yet, we loved it!”

Yes this hotel needs an update, but Theodor the receptionist and Poppy the breakfast lady made our stay unforgettable! Thanks to both of you, we will certainly come back one day! The hotel is just outside of Skiathos town and close to the airport.
